How to call from France to Belarus.
Dial 00 375, then the city code (Minsk – 17), then the phone number. It's best to call from payphones (since it's expensive from the hotel), which are located throughout the country in large numbers. Cards for calls are sold in stores, kiosks, at ticket offices and at the post office. The cost of the card is from 8 euros. If it happens that you cannot pay for the call, then your interlocutor can do it by calling this payphone (in this case, the payphone must have a bell icon and the phone number of the device). Payphones also accept credit cards. Some restaurants and cafes have payphones that operate with coins. Alternatively, you can connect roaming in France.
