It is best to call Belarus or any other country from a phone using a card, which can be purchased at the hotel or from guides (it is 25–30% cheaper than calling from your room). In China, there are two leading mobile operators — «China Mobile» and «China Unicom». You can buy a SIM card with a Chinese number. When dialing a Chinese mobile phone number, you do not need to dial the city code.
