List of documents for applying for a visa
1. Application form for a national visa. The application form must be filled out in Latin letters electronically at
https://visa.vrm.lt/epm2. Passport and copies of pages in two copies with personal data (e.g., pages 31-33 of the Belarusian passport). The passport must be valid for at least three months after the expiration of the visa, issued within the previous ten years, and contain at least two blank pages intended for visas.
3. Color photo. Current, color photo 3.5 x 4.5, the face should occupy 70-80% of the photo. IMPORTANT: the photo should not be repeated on previous visas
4. Health insurance with a coverage amount of at least 30,000 EUR. The insurance must be valid for the entire period of stay of the foreigner in the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Letter from the university. Petitions requesting the issuance of a long-term visa of type D, petitions for students can be submitted by fax or email, but the Embassy reserves the right to request the original petition
6. Document confirming the availability of sufficient funds and (or) receipt of regular income for living in the Republic of Lithuania and funds for returning to the state of origin, i.e., the Republic of Belarus.
