How can Belarusians find work with accommodation (Belarus, Poland, and Russia)?

Specialists in the IT sphere are offered vacancies with relocation to other countries. The employer can reimburse the expenses incurred for the employee's move, and sometimes even the entire family, and for settling in a new country as part of the relocation package. But what about people who earn a living through physical labor? In this material, we discuss how to find work with accommodation not only abroad but also in Belarus.
Belarus
You can look for work, including work with accommodation, on the information portal of the State Employment Service of the Republic of Belarus
Once on the site, click on "Advanced Search" and fill in the fields that appear. If you need housing, check the box "Accommodation provided" and click "Search". The search results will show you job vacancies. By clicking "Show selected vacancies on the map", you will see the locations of job opportunities on the map of Belarus. As a rule, employers offer a room in a hostel.
You can also contact the employment services at your place of residence in Belarus, this can be done by both Belarusians and any foreigners, including citizens of Ukraine. Employers in the Republic of Belarus who attract citizens of Ukraine to work in the Republic of Belarus have the right to hire citizens of Ukraine without going through the established procedure for recognizing educational documents issued by educational institutions and other organizations in Ukraine.
How can Belarusians legally and safely get a job abroad?
There are companies in Belarus that have the right to send citizens to work abroad. The "List of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in activities related to employment outside the Republic of Belarus" can be viewed on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus by following the link: https://www.mvd.gov.by
On the website, you need to select «About the Ministry» – «Departments» – «Department of Citizenship and Migration» – «Labor Migration» – «Information for independent travel and with the assistance of licensees» – and click on the file «List of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in activities related to employment outside the Republic of Belarus.xlsx».
Poland
You can find a job with accommodation in Poland on the website Centralna Baza Ofert Pracy. The algorithm of actions is almost the same as on the website of the State Employment Service of the Republic of Belarus. You can choose any parameters that interest you, but if you are interested in accommodation, scroll down and click on «Working conditions and pay», and then check the box next to «The employer provides accommodation». To search on the site, you need to select at least two criteria from the following: position, place of work, education and type of contract. After selecting all the necessary parameters, click «Search».
Russia
Jobs with accommodation can be found on the website of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment «Work in Russia». For your convenience, we have already selected several search filters that you can change to suit your needs by clicking on «All filters» under the search bar on the right. Currently, the search displays vacancies in Moscow, with full-time employment, salary up to 999,999 Russian rubles and with accommodation. Please note that vacancies that match the parameters are displayed not in the center, but on the left. The selected vacancy is shown in the center. To see more vacancies, scroll the list on the left to the end and click «Load more».
