How can a Belarusian obtain a Russian residence permit?

The Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation have special relations, so Belarusians receive a Russian residence permit through a simplified procedure. To obtain a residence permit, you need to contact the territorial migration department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs with the necessary documents:
1) application for a residence permit in two copies (the current application form can be found on Russian government websites);
2) your passport. It is important that its validity period is more than three months;
3) a certificate that you do not have HIV, as well as a conclusion on the medical examination;
4) evidence that you have sufficient funds to live in the country (income statement 2-NDFL). Your income must be not less than the subsistence minimum in Russia;
5) current temporary registration in the Russian Federation;
6) photographs 3.5x4.5 cm;
7) receipt with payment of the state fee.
This is a general list of the required documents. You need to find out more detailed information at the Main Directorate of Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the place of your intended residence.
How can a Belarusian move to Russia for permanent residence?
First, you need to contact the citizenship and migration department of the internal affairs department at your place of residence in Belarus. There they will deregister you at your place of residence in the Republic of Belarus and put a mark in your passport.
For this, you will need the following documents:
1) application;
2) questionnaire filled out by you;
3) your passport;
4) your birth certificate;
5) 4 new color photos 4x5 cm;
6) if you have changed your surname, first name or patronymic: certificate of change of full name;
7) if you are married: marriage certificate;
8) if you have minor children: child's birth certificate. In this case, you will also need a written consent from the second parent who remains in the Republic of Belarus and to whom you will pay alimony for your permanent residence departure. The consent must be notarized. Or you will need a copy of the court decision stating that you can leave for permanent residence without this consent;
9) your employment record book (if any);
10) payment receipt.
This is a general list of documents. For more detailed information, you need to contact the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Internal Affairs Directorate at your place of residence in the Republic of Belarus.
