Do Belarusians need a visa to India?
According to sputnik.by, tourists from Belarus need a visa for trips to India, but it can be obtained online. The Indian Visa Online (eVisa India) is issued through a special system that Indian migration service officials have access to. With such a visa, one can stay in the country for up to 90 days, but entry through land border checkpoints is not allowed. Access to India is possible through 29 airports (including Delhi Airport) and 5 seaports.
If a tourist violates the visa requirements and stays in India for more than 90 days, a fine of about 300 dollars will have to be paid. The consular fee for an electronic visa is 25 dollars. When submitting an application, a scanned photo on a white background measuring 35 by 45 mm without corners or ovals is required. A color scan of a passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry, is also needed. In addition, copies of round-trip air tickets must be attached.
