Belarus has terminated the agreement with Poland on the mutual recognition of diplomas.

Belarus terminates the agreement with the Government of Poland on the mutual recognition of documents in higher education, academic degrees and degrees in the field of art, the relevant resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 728 dated October 25 posted on the National Legal Internet portal.
"Terminate the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Poland on the recognition of equivalence in higher education, the equivalence of academic degrees and degrees in the field of art, signed in Warsaw on April 28, 2005," the document says.
The decision entered into force on the day of its adoption.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a corresponding notification on the termination of the agreement to the Polish side.
About a thousand doctors have moved from Belarus to Poland — the country's Ministry of Health.
Belarus stands for dialogue, but there is no dialogue.
Minsk has repeatedly stressed that it always stands for friendly relations with its neighbors and with all EU countries, even despite the sanctions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus stated that the republic is ready to diversify its own economy and politics, however, unfortunately, it does not see readiness on the part of the EU in this matter.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly, Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei drew attention to the fact that the republic will call for opposition to discriminatory practices in the United Nations on the basis of nationality, the policy of "culture of abolition", exclusion of states from various international structures and non-issuance of visas to official representatives.
In addition, Belarus will focus its efforts on countering anti-Belarusian initiatives.
