On June 1, Turkey joined the list of countries that no longer care about your PCR tests. The corresponding circular has been sent to the relevant departments and services in the country. The new procedure came into effect today.
"Assessing the current situation related to the coronavirus pandemic, from June 1, for entry into the country through all border points, a report on a negative PCR test done within a maximum of 72 hours before entry or a negative result of a rapid antigen test conducted within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment of entry is not required," the document from the Ministry of Internal Affairs says.
Recently, similar requirements have been canceled by Israel, Morocco, Vietnam, and Austria. Today, Cyprus and Italy have lifted COVID restrictions.
