Public Association "Baranovichi Club of Business Women 'Prestige'", registered by the decision of the Justice Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee No. 7/3 dated 08.09.2006, certificate No. 01-0185, re-registration dated 16.04.2012, by the decision of the head of the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee No. 33, certificate No. 01-0374.

Purpose of activity: to unite women to protect their legal interests and rights, to assist in self-realization and achieving success in life for women in modern society, and to increase their opportunities.

Main objectives:

• development and implementation of social programs and campaigns aimed at promoting and protecting the interests, health protection of women and their families;
• promoting women's conscious understanding of their rights, role and responsibilities to society;
• dissemination of information for women and their families of a social, economic, cultural, environmental nature;
• promotion of the family, its authority and role in society;
• assistance in organizing and conducting recreation, improvement of women and their families;
• popularization of women's entrepreneurship and work experience of women in the business sphere;
• provision of humanitarian and charitable assistance to women and their families;
• assistance in the development of infrastructure for social assistance to women and their families;
• assistance to women in conditions of unemployment;
• establishment and maintenance of ties with organizations, citizens from various countries of the world with a similar nature of activity to the PA "BCBW 'Prestige'";
• exchange of information with international women's movements.

Main areas of activity:

2004 - 2006 - preventive and educational work to prevent human trafficking. Thanks to cooperation with the International Organization for Migration, the Representative Office in Belarus, members of the organization held about 150 meetings in schools, technical schools, colleges, the employment center, public organizations, in which about 3,000 people took part. Methodological assistance and information materials, brochures were also provided to teachers of the lyceum in Baranovichi to conduct preventive and educational work to prevent human trafficking among students.

2005-2009 - integration of socially unprotected citizens into modern society, namely orphans and children under guardianship and trusteeship - projects "From Applicants to Students", "New Colors for My World", "There is Contact" with the financial support of the Belarus Support Program by the Federal Government of Germany. During the implementation of the projects, comprehensive support was provided to more than 60 children living in Baranovichi and the Baranovichi region with the status of orphans.

2011 - present - adult (older generation) education for sustainable development of territories. Projects "Age is not a problem for us!" with the financial support of the Representative Office of the registered society "Deutscher Volkshochschul-Verband e.V." (Germany), the project "Activity always" with the assistance of the Belarus support program by the German federal government. Thanks to project activities, it became possible to organize short-term courses "Basics of computer and internet literacy" for 140 people aged 55 and over, for the first time in Baranovichi, a competition was held "For the best computer and internet user over 60 years old".
