    HELP provided to victims of human trafficking (sexual, labor and other exploitation) has a special approach and includes:

    • meeting victims upon their arrival home (at the airport, train station, etc.);
    • assistance in returning from another country;
    • assistance in organizing confidential medical examination and treatment;
    • family support (psychological and humanitarian);
    • search and provision of temporary shelter;
    • assistance in returning home - contacts with relatives, purchase of tickets;
    • assistance in employment and retraining (opportunity for training and retraining in courses);
    • consultations of psychologists and lawyers;
    • consultations regarding court hearings, procedures for filing complaints with law enforcement agencies, representing the interests of victims in court, etc. (creation of special conditions in pre-trial proceedings: ensuring security, presence of parents, social workers, psychologists - for minors);
    • work with the victim’s family.

    Note: to provide assistance to minor victims, permission from parents, guardians or guardianship authorities is required.

    The provision of rehabilitation and reintegration assistance to victims has been carried out since 2003. Over the entire period of operation of the NGO "Business Women's Club" assistance was provided to 273 victims of human trafficking

    Assistance to victims is provided on the basic principles of work:
    - confidentiality and freedom of choice, respect for the interests of victims and ensuring safety,
    - drawing up an individual plan of assistance for each victim(s),
    - possession of the victim(s) with complete information about possible options for obtaining assistance,
    - dissemination of information about the victim(s) only if the victim(s) consent,
    - possession of the victim(s) information about the possibility of his protection during the investigation and judicial procedures, filing a civil claim for compensation for physical and moral harm.

    A package of reintegration assistance is selected for each victim(s) individually, based on:
    - form of exploitation,
    - duration of exploitation,
    - severity of the consequences,
    - psychological state and psychological health,
    - social condition,
    - age,
    - availability of support in the social environment.


    Specialists of the NGO "Business Women's Club" who provide assistance to victims of human trafficking, were trained in Russia, Moldova, Poland, Turkey, and took part in 15 trainings and seminars on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on providing reintegration assistance to victims. Specialists working with victims have more than 10 years of experience.

    Assistance to victims of human trafficking is provided anonymously, confidentially and free of charge.
