How to get medical care for Ukrainian citizens in Belarus
Health is perhaps the most important aspect of life, so this issue should be given special attention. Considering your appeals, we have noticed this issue more than once, so today we will touch on it in more detail.
On September 14, amendments were made to the Belarusian legislation. The changes also affected the issue of medicine. Currently, according to paragraph 1.2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 326 "On the stay of Ukrainian citizens in the Republic of Belarus", Ukrainians and people who do not have citizenship can count on medical care on an equal basis with Belarusians.

What does it mean? This means that Ukrainians who arrived in Belarus after February 24, 2022
can apply to polyclinics and hospitals on an equal basis with Belarusians (except for those who have issued temporary residence or permanent residence permit in the Republic of Belarus).
If a citizen of Ukraine has temporary residence or a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, then medical care is provided to him under the same conditions as before. The rules of this assistance are regulated by the Agreement on the provision of medical care to citizens of the CIS Countries. This means that emergency care is provided free of charge, and regular visits to the doctor are paid.
Also remember: if a Ukrainian works in Belarus under a contract or an employment contract and the conditions of medical care are prescribed there. In this case, planned medical care is provided at the expense of the employer.
We hope this information turned out to be useful.
