To verify the authenticity of a job or study invitation from abroad, you should:

    1. Check the contact information

Make sure the invitation contains the official contact details (address, phone, email) of the organization or educational institution. Find these details on the official website of the company or university and compare them with those listed in the email.

    2. Contact the organization directly

Use official contacts (not those listed in the invitation) and verify whether they actually sent you such an invitation. This is especially important if you have doubts about the authenticity.

    3. Pay attention to the details of the invitation

The letter should include: the full name of the recipient and sender, the official logo of the company or university, a signature, and a seal (if applicable). Check the text for grammatical and stylistic errors — fake letters often contain inaccuracies.

    4. Check the email domain

Official letters are often sent from corporate domains (e.g., @company.com, @university.edu), not from public email services (e.g., Gmail, mail.ru).

    5. Be cautious with financial requirements

If you are asked to pay a "fee", "tax", or any other charges in advance, this may be a sign of fraud. For visa and study invitations, such payments go through official channels (embassies or accredited organizations).

    6. Use additional checks

For job invitations, check the employer through social media and international job search platforms. If the invitation is related to a visa, contact the embassy of the country to confirm the existence of a genuine visa program.

If you have any doubts, consult with a lawyer, a specialist in employment abroad, or an agency that handles paperwork.

Calls and written inquiries are temporarily not accepted. Use the information posted on our website!
