Rules for Employment Abroad
We receive calls to our hotline when Belarusians are thinking about working abroad. Many questions arise: where Belarusians can look for work abroad, how to find a job without experience, how to get a job abroad legally? What needs to be done to work legally in Russia, what documents are required for legal work in Russia?
Prepare to go abroad to work and work abroad legally
You should approach going to work abroad seriously, thoughtfully, and with full responsibility.
For legal work, for example, in Poland or Germany, you need to find an employer. This can be done independently or by contacting companies that have a license from the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. On the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, by following the
link, you can find a list of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in employment activities outside Belarus.
If you want to find a job on your own, remember that, as a rule, a national work visa is issued to work in a country with a visa regime. You can officially work in Poland or Germany with a work visa. You are allowed to work for the employer who provided you with the job invitation.
How to avoid labor fraud and work abroad legally
It is necessary to remember that the employer must enter into an employment contract with you. The conclusion of an employment contract is a mandatory condition for employment, both in countries with a visa entry regime and the Russian Federation.
