You should approach going to work abroad seriously, thoughtfully, and with full responsibility.
For legal work, for example, in Poland or Germany, you need to find an employer. This can be done independently or by contacting companies that have a license from the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. If you want to find a job on your own, remember that, as a rule, a national work visa is issued to work in a country with a visa regime. You can officially work in Poland or Germany with a work visa. You are allowed to work for the employer who provided you with the job invitation.
