Where can I get a PCR test for traveling abroad?

We often receive inquiries from citizens about where to get a PCR test for traveling abroad.

Now is the holiday season, but some people also travel for business. If you are encountering the need for PCR testing for the first time, this information will help you. We'll tell you where to get the test and how to make an appointment.

Here is an up-to-date list of healthcare organizations authorized to conduct PCR laboratory tests for SARS-CoV-2 on a paid basis for individuals wishing to travel outside Belarus.

The list also includes laboratories that conduct COVID-19 infection tests with the transmission of results to the "Traveling without COVID-19" system.

Let's look at the steps for PCR testing using the example of the State Institution Brest Regional Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology, and Public Health, Brest, Svobody Square, 11.

You can register for the test:

Which foreigners are residents of the Republic of Belarus?

Residents in our country are foreign citizens and stateless persons who have a residence permit in Belarus.

Since July 1, 2021, only express PCR testing for COVID-19 using SmartAmp technology will be used at Minsk National Airport. SmartAmp technology will reduce the time of the study while maintaining high sensitivity and clinical reliability. Read more about the new technique here.

Belarusians traveling to Russia by any means of transport must upload the results of the PCR test from July 1, 2021, in the "Traveling without COVID-19" app. They confirm the negative result of the COVID-19 PCR test with a QR code displayed in the app.
