    Information about visa-free travel through the checkpoint at Minsk National Airport

    According to the Decree*, entry and exit of citizens of 80 states** in a visa-free regime for up to 5 days is carried out only through the checkpoint at the State Border of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk National Airport.

    The established procedure for visa-free movement through the airport does not apply to persons arriving in Belarus by air from the Russian Federation, as well as those intending to depart to airports of the Russian Federation (these flights are domestic and border control is not carried out on them).

    The Decree also does not apply to foreigners on official trips: diplomatic, official, special and other passports приравненные to them are not taken into account.

    To enter the Republic of Belarus in a visa-free regime through the checkpoint Minsk National Airport, foreign citizens must have with them:

    - a valid passport or other document replacing it, intended for travel abroad; - money: an amount in foreign currency or Belarusian rubles equivalent to at least 2 base values for each day of stay;
    - a medical insurance policy in the amount of at least 10,000 euros, valid in Belarus.

    For citizens of Vietnam, Haiti, Gambia, Honduras, India, China, Lebanon, Namibia, Samoa, it is also mandatory to have a valid multiple visa of the EU states or the Schengen area with an entry mark to their territory, as well as air tickets with confirmation of departure from Minsk National Airport within 5 days from the date of entry.
