Everyone is the result of someone's love. The story of little Camilla began a year ago when her parents met each other online. A. and K. started their communication on Instagram. The girl responded to a foreigner's compliment with a harmless gesture of politeness. Not expecting that it could turn into something more than just correspondence. She is a graduate of Minsk University (programmer), the only daughter in the family, young, beautiful, unburdened by everyday issues, dreaming of mutual love. K. never suffered from a lack of male attention, but the one and only beloved one at the time of meeting A. she didn't have.
He is young, ambitious, developing his business in Turkey, was also in search of a soulmate. Their communication quickly grew from flirting to a desire for a meeting. Long Skype calls, voice messages, correspondence... All this led to the fact that the young people fell in love with each other and they needed a real meeting. A. invited the girl to visit. Without much thought, K. agreed. Expectation and reality coincided. The meeting was exciting, but justified all the expectations.
K. stayed in Turkey according to all the rules. She planned to stay in the country for more than 3 months during the year, so she applied for a tourist residence permit and calmly enjoyed the honeymoon period. She walked with her beloved around the city after his working day, waited for him from work and couldn't believe that all this story was happening to her in reality. Soon the girl became pregnant. During pregnancy, she felt the support of her man, was monitored by a doctor and was waiting for the birth of the baby, the young man really wanted a son.
Everything was beautiful until the birth of the child. As soon as K. gave birth to a daughter, her lover changed. He stopped giving the woman the previous signs of attention and showed with his whole appearance that the current situation did not suit him. Moreover, A. refused to register the marriage and acknowledge the child as his own. The couple's relationship broke down, and the woman decided to leave with her daughter to Belarus. The baby is only one month old. Her mom never imagined that her fairy-tale acquaintance would turn into her being left alone, holding an infant, in a foreign country. But reality forced her to pull herself together and act according to the instructions, especially since the tourist residence permit was about to expire, and since January 1, 2020, Belarusians cannot extend it.
To return to Belarus with a child, a woman must contact the Belarusian embassy in Turkey and obtain a certificate of return for minor citizens born in Turkey.
To do this, you must:
1. Application for the issuance of a certificate (filled out on behalf of the child).
2. Application (sample). The application is filled out by hand. If the child was born out of wedlock, this information is indicated in the application.
3. Passport or other document proving the identity of the legal representative of the minor.
4. Birth certificate - document "Dogum Kayit Ornegi" (Formul A), as well as a copy of it. An "apostille" stamp is affixed to this certificate, and the document is translated into Russian.
5. Two color photographs of the child (for the certificate of return and for the application).
Up to the age of 14, the child's certificate of return to the homeland is issued free of charge.
No one is immune from such situations. And even though children are the responsibility of both parents, stories where one of the parents avoids responsibility are not uncommon in any country. There is still a lot of work ahead: finding a competent lawyer, filing a paternity suit, processing documents for alimony collection. All these issues did not fit into the format of a love story, but not all love stories end with a strong family. Camilla was born a wonderful healthy girl, and that's the main thing!
