In the Islamic Republic of Iran, there are two types of marriages: permanent and temporary

Temporary marriage

The right to divorce.
An Iranian woman cannot divorce her husband on her own. Divorce without reason is an exclusive male privilege. Therefore, it is necessary to include a clause in the contract stating that you have the right to unilaterally terminate the marriage. In the absence of this condition, the man has the right to refuse to grant a divorce for as long as he wishes, and the court will be on his side.
According to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a woman should not remarry immediately after a divorce.
