Eastern sweet tale with a spoon of tar
Slavic girls have long won worldwide beauty triumphs. Our Belarusians attract not only men of Slavic origin. Eastern men are also crazy about them. Many of our girls also like foreigners. They catch the attention of Belarusian beauties not only with their generosity of compliments, many men are also decisive in their actions.
Marina met Ferdi online. The man was generous with compliments, as the girl really deserved them. Innocent mutual flirting with a Turkish admirer online didn't last long. The young people wanted to meet in person. Ferdi invited Marina to Bodrum for the New Year. A tourist city with beautiful beaches, a gallant Turkish handsome man and a mutual desire for a meeting turned out to be true. The girl went to Bodrum to celebrate the New Year. And she didn't regret it.

Marina had heard about the mutual cancellation of tourist visas between Turkey and Belarus. Therefore, there were no problems with the flight. The girl knew that she could stay in Bodrum for 90 days. But she didn't know all the nuances.
The online acquaintance exceeded all expectations. The girl couldn't even think that she would want to stay in Turkey for all three months. Especially since she could manage her business online. A dizzying start to 2020. Despite all the stumbling blocks on a global scale associated with the pandemic, they didn't spoil the personal story. However, love is love, and the girl had to face the law. Knowing that the 90 allotted days were running out, Marina turned to the Turkish migration service with a request to extend her stay and was extremely surprised that she was accused of violating the law.
The thing is that Belarusians do have the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Turkey as tourists for 30 days without applying for a visa. After 30 days in Bodrum, the girl needed to leave the country and then re-enter the country. Within one year, you can enter Turkey multiple times as a tourist without a visa, but the total duration of such stay should not exceed 90 days. Marina had been in Turkey for three months continuously, thus violating the rules of stay in the country.
If you want to stay in Turkey for more than a month during your first entry into the country, you can, but before the expiration of 30 days, you need to contact the office of the Migration Service in Turkey at your place of residence to extend your stay. And be sure to indicate the reason for extending your stay in the country. If the migration service refuses to extend your stay, then, naturally, you will have to go home or to a nearby country for some time and then return back.
Also, if you plan your trip knowing that it will last more than a month, you can apply for a tourist visa at the
Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Minsk. It is usually issued for a year.

Currently, the girl is in Turkey on the basis of a short-term residence permit issued by the migration service and is waiting for the court's decision. For violating the stay under the visa-free regime, any foreigner faces unpleasant consequences: from a fine to a ban on re-entry into the country for up to five years. We will know more precisely what awaits our heroine when the trial is over.
Tourist residence permit
When planning to stay in Turkey for more than 3 months during the year, you must apply for a tourist residence permit. Renting an apartment in Turkey gives you the right to apply for an ikamet for 1 year. After this period, you need to plan your future in advance and decide on further actions. If you wish to tie your life to the Republic of Turkey, you must find a job or purchase real estate. Since January 1, 2020, Belarusians have not been able to extend their tourist residence permit.
