Departure from Ukraine: the most popular questions
Today we will answer frequently asked questions about how Ukrainians can come to Belarus. Can a man do this? Is the father's permission necessary if the mother is traveling alone with the child? We will discuss all these issues in the material.
Let's take it in order. It is impossible to get directly from Ukraine to Belarus: all checkpoints are closed. You can come to Belarus from Poland (as well as Lithuania, Latvia, and Russia) with a foreign passport. Please note that ID cards cannot be used to cross the Belarusian border.
Nevertheless, the decision to enter Belarus using Ukrainian passports is made by the Belarusian border guards directly at the border. This means that each case is considered individually.

What to do at the border? When entering Belarus, explain to the border guards that you are coming to the country because of the situation in Ukraine. After that, you will be told where to apply. If you want to learn how to cross the Polish border, then find out this information in Poland. As for additional information on entry to Belarus, you will find it on the
website of the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
