Citizens of Ukraine can come to Belarus, including by transit through the territory of other countries. The checkpoints of Belarus are operating normally.
Checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border from Ukraine are not working.
You can enter the Republic of Belarus using a foreign passport (a foreign passport or a passport with biometric data).
The possibility of Ukrainian citizens entering Belarus using internal Ukrainian passports is decided directly at the border by Belarusian border guards.

Departure from Belarus to a third country is possible with a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (both biometric and non-biometric). Minor citizens of Ukraine can leave Belarus using their own documents mentioned above or using the passport of one of their parents, in which they must be registered. Also, such a parent's passport must contain a photo of the child from the age of five.
Please note that ID cards are not suitable for crossing the Belarusian border.
Currently, the border checkpoints on the Ukrainian side are closed.
However, Ukrainian citizens can return to the territory of Ukraine through the Mokrany checkpoint: Brest region, Maloritskiy district, village of Mokrany. Departure from Belarus to Russia
For Ukrainians, crossing the Belarusian and Russian borders is possible using air transport between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus through international airports.
Citizens of Ukraine have the right to stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for 30 days without registration. marriages are concluded in the Republic of Belarus by bodies registering acts of civil status in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, subject to the provision of documents and (or) information provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on administrative procedures.
The procedure and conditions for marriage registration are the same for everyone, regardless of nationality.
When applying for marriage, citizens of Ukraine permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus submit a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus to the Registry Office. If citizens of Ukraine temporarily stay in the Republic of Belarus, they present to the registry office a national passport with a note on registration in the Republic of Belarus at the registration authority at the place of actual residence. Citizens of Ukraine who are recognized as refugees in the Republic of Belarus provide a refugee certificate, and those with additional protection provide a certificate of additional protection in the Republic of Belarus.

Educational institutions have the right to accept citizens of Ukraine for vocational and technical education, secondary specialized education, general higher and special higher education at the expense of the national and (or) local budgets or on payment terms provided for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, if there are vacancies established by the admission plans, by decision of the head, taking into account the results of the interview. with the applicant.
